Definitions

Seller refers to Urenus, the website owner and the party receiving the order for purchase.

Buyer refers to the person, company, or organisation placing the order.

Goods or services refers to the product or products for which the buyer has placed an order with the seller.

Payment

All payments are due upon completion of the order. If payment is not received, or if the payment method is declined, the order will not be processed and no items will be shipped.

We accept most major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept PayPal as a form of payment.

Shipping Policies

Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount calculated at checkout. If an item is lost during shipping, the total cost of the item, including shipping, will be refunded to the buyer by the seller.

Free shipping offers within the USA do not apply to orders shipped outside of the USA.

If an item is damaged during shipping, the seller will offer an appropriate solution after reviewing the request. The seller will take reasonable steps to protect goods from loss, damage, or destruction during supply and delivery.

Refund and Return Policy

Items may be eligible for refund or return if the buyer notifies the seller within 30 days of the date of purchase.

The buyer must contact the seller by email at info@urenus.com, or through the customer account page on the website where a return can be processed.

Not all merchandise is returnable. Shipping charges incurred for returned merchandise are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation

An order may be cancelled before payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, the buyer is responsible for the payment, subject to our refund and return policy.

Any complaints about items, orders, or the seller should be submitted to our support team by email at info@urenus.com.

Each case will be reviewed individually, and the seller will contact the buyer where appropriate. A specific resolution cannot be guaranteed in every case.
